Delivery arrangements

After the customer successfully places the order, please take a screenshot and keep the transfer receipt. After confirming the payment, we will process the order within 2 working days and contact the customer via phone/WhatsApp before shipping to ensure that the order is accurate.

Return arrangements

If you find any quality problems with the goods, please notify the store owner within 48 hours after receiving the goods. Please keep the complete quantity and opened packaging. Under reasonable circumstances, we can arrange to replace the goods or refund you.
